Introduction
PCI-9064 is a 4-axis PCI bus motion controller Card, suitable for stepper motor and servo motor. Motion planning using FPGA, It can support some motion modes such as outputting pulse command、point-point motion、continuous motion.
●Supports 32-bit 33MHz PCI bus, and 3.3V、5V PCI bus
●Supports 4-axis stepper motor and servo motor
●Supports PUL/DIR、CW/CCW pulse output，output pulse frequency up to 4MHz
●28-bit counter on single axis, count for output pulse command & input encoder pulse
●支持手轮输入
●Supports trapezoidal and S-curve velocity profile
●Supports line interpolation between any two axes
●Supports arc and spiral interpolation
●Provide EL+, EL- and home input for each axis
●16-CH isolated digital outputs with open-collector
●16-CH isolated digital inputs
●Sink current up to 50mA on single isolated output
●Set card number with hardware dial switch
